Job summary

The Forum is actively seeking a Dishwasher to support the Food and Beverage department in keeping all kitchen equipment, china, glassware, and back-of-house areas spotless. This full-time role includes storeroom upkeep and assisting with special events under chef supervision.

Hourly wage ranges from $20.94 to $25.24, with a weekend differential of $2 per hour. PM shift 1:00pm–9:30pm; weekend/holiday availability required. Comprehensive benefits are offered here.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to work productively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to set up and operate dish washing equipment.
• Able to perform strenuous physical labor, lifting, etc.
• Maintains a courteous and professional manner with staff, residents, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Cleans kitchen area including ware washing and storage.
• Pot washing and deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment.
• Receive, store, issue food items; rotate and maintain storeroom.
• Deliver Food and Beverage carts; assist with events and general heavy labor.
• Follow sanitation policies and maintain personal hygiene and dress code.
• Maintain safe and sanitary conditions.
