Job summary

THE FORUM in Cupertino is hiring a hospitality-focused Dishwasher to support the Food and Beverage team. The role centers on keeping all kitchen equipment and service areas clean, stocking storerooms, and assisting during events.

The position is full-time with a PM shift (1:00pm–9:30pm) and weekend/holiday availability. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with company match, and other employee programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchen area including ware washing, storage, pot washing, and deep cleaning.
• Manage storeroom: receive, store, issue food items, rotate stock, maintain cleanliness.
• Deliver Food and Beverage carts as needed.
• Complete setup work for special events.
• Follow sanitation policies and procedures; maintain hygiene and safe conditions.

THE FORUM is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dishwasher to join our team! The Dishwasher Worker is responsible for providing support to the Food and Beverage Department by maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, China, glassware, flatware, and back-of-housework area. Maintains the food storeroom and executes special projects under the direction of the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Sous Chef. May also set up public areas and help in dining area as requested by management.

Hourly Wage: $ 20.94- $ 25.24

Weekend Shift Differential Pay: $ 2 per hour

Employment: Full Time

Shift Schedule: PM Shift( 1:00pm-9:30pm). Must be available to work on the weekends and holidays.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dishwasher:

Cleans kitchen area including:
Ware washing and storage.
Pot washing
Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment
Performs storeroom maintenance including:
Receive, store, issue food items from storeroom.
Rotate stock in storeroom.
Maintain cleanliness of storeroom
Delivers Food and Beverage carts to appropriate areas as needed.
Performs general “heavy labor” as required by the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Sous Chef.
Completes set-up work for special events.
Complies with all sanitation policies and procedures.
Performs duties in a timely and efficient manner and on a schedule determined by kitchen and dining operation.
Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code.
Maintains safe and sanitary conditions.
