Job summary

Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta is seeking an Evening shift Security Officer for a full-time role at our Oklahoma campus. You will patrol the hospital grounds, manage access points, and respond as a first responder to incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CLEET Armed Security Officer certification.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• IAHSS Basic level certification within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• CPI within 90 days of hire.
• Maintain annual firearm and handcuffing certification.
• OC gel spray certification.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hospital grounds to protect employees, patients and visitors.
• Direct and controls vehicular traffic to ensure access and exit.
• Act as first responder to security requests and emergencies.
• Interact with law enforcement, patients, visitors and staff to investigate incidents.
• Document daily activities and incident reports timely and accurately.
• Maintain composure during high-stress or emergency conditions.
• Collaborate with security personnel and outside agencies to enhance the Security Program.
• Escort personnel to and from parking lots or between buildings as requested.
