Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring 2nd SHIFT Hospital Floor Techs at Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. These on-site positions involve cleaning and maintaining patient care areas on client premises to support a safe, healthy environment.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour plus a $2.25 shift differential. A $500 sign-on bonus is paid in three increments. Shifts are 5pm–1:30am; post-offer medical, background screening and drug testing are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Post-offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• Experience in janitorial industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and keeps facilities orderly on client premises.
• Monitors areas for spills, debris and maintains floors.
• Operates floor machines for scrubbing, burnishing and stripping.
• May perform Area Cleaner duties as assigned.
• Adheres to safety policies and client requirements.
