Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in environmental services with 1–2 years in supervision; strong training in safety and proficiency with HealthStream, Word, Excel, and Outlook are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in environmental services/housekeeping with 1–2 years in a leadership/supervisory role; hospital setting preferred.
• Formalized training in environmental cleaning programs and safety methodology preferred.
• Knowledge of proper and safe chemical use and handling.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and supervision for the department to ensure safe, clean hospital environments and efficient operations.
• Supervises staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and training programs.
• Monitors compliance with policies, procedures, and Joint Commission standards.
