Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean and aseptic conditions in assigned area (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, beds, trash/linen, walls, ceilings).
• Uses vacuum and cleaning materials effectively in daily work.
• Uses detergents and germicides per guidelines and follows handling procedures.
• Keeps station, cart, closet and equipment clean and organized.
• Reports equipment repairs to Supervisor and logs shift activities as required.
• Distributes clean linen and collects soiled linen as needed.
• Follows Trinity Health policies, standards and procedures to reflect ethical behavior.
