Job summary

Glencoe Regional Health (GRH) is seeking a Homemaker for part-time evening shifts in Glencoe, MN. The role focuses on providing high-quality food service to LTC residents and maintaining a home-like dining environment within a household of 18 residents.

The Homemaker works with a multidisciplinary team to deliver meals, assist with mealtime setup and cleanup, and ensure a clean and safe dining area. On-the-job training is provided; ServSafe certification and cooking experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must work efficiently with frequent interruptions.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Provide meal service to LTC residents.
• Mealtime setup and cleanup to maintain a clean, sanitary, safe dining room.
• Work cooperatively with residents, co-workers, families, visitors, and volunteers to create a home-like dining experience.
