Iowa Home Care is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time evening position in the West Des Moines area. You will provide one-on-one care in a patient's home while helping them stay comfortable, safe, and independent.

Schedule: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, West Des Moines, Iowa. You’ll assist with bathing, mobility, vital signs, and daily living activities, while following the plan of care and infection prevention guidelines.

Competenze

• CNA certification in good standing preferred.
• 1-2 years of home care, nursing home, or hospital experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Mansioni

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Help with toileting and other daily living activities.
• Assist with walking, transfers, positioning, and mobility.
• Take and document vital signs as directed.
• Follow infection prevention and PPE procedures; observe changes and report to the nursing team.
