Qualifications

• Valid Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service.
• Basic computer skills are essential.
• Must be flexible with scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide fixed and roving patrols of Rush buildings and grounds.
• Monitor telephone/radio communications, alarms, and video surveillance.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies and document incidents.
• Observe and document safety hazards and policy violations.
• Conduct basic interviews and investigations and prepare reports.
• Assist law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access control and visitor management and supervise traffic patterns.
