Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: checking and replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and unclogging drains
• Repair and replace equipment as needed, including but not limited to: medical equipment, HVAC systems, and plumbing fixtures
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and keeping track of stock levels
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff members
