Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for a full-time Housekeeper Lead in Texas. Location is 6200 West Parker Road, Plano, TX 75093. The role runs 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm with rotating weekends; prior housekeeping experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior housekeeping experience required.
• Supervises, trains and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures are completed to unit's standards.
• Assists where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality service to customers by providing one‑on‑one attention to detail.
• Resolves internal/external guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Documents call offs, and replaces for any shift.
• Coordinates assigned staff breaks.
• Prepares and distributes assignment sheets to staff and reviews priorities.
• Assigns designated keys, radios and beepers to assigned staff; maintains record and security of devices.
