Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of Environmental Services or Operations experience in healthcare.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience.
• Understanding of infection control, cleaning procedures, and hospital safety.
• Proven ability to empower and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; reliable and accountable.

Aufgaben

• Assign and oversee daily work, adjust schedules, and report team performance and inventory.
• Oversee cleaning procedures and infection control compliance.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste per procedures.
• Lead by example through training and mentoring Environmental Services staff.
• Support operations through meetings, projects, and emergency response needs.
• Cover assignments, dedicating at least 50% time to direct coverage.
• Provide relief at outpatient sites across NYC as required.
• Support Waste Management at Koch Center.
