The Crowne Plaza Lake Placid, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Evening Guest Service Agent.
As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our establishment.
Responsibilities:
  1. Greet guests and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  2. Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information and timely processing
  3. Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  4. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  5. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  6. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  7. Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
  7. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including PM Shift, weekends and holidays
