Qualifications

• Customer service skills to engage with guests and provide outstanding retail sales.
• Retail experience handling merchandise and transactions at registers.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to read, count and write accurately to ensure precise transactions.
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Guests and ensure they feel welcome and valued.
• Process sales quickly and accurately at the register.
• Bag items carefully to protect products during transit.
• Stay informed about promotions and advertisements to assist guests.
• Keep the register station neat and stocked with supplies.
• Relay guest requests to the Guest Services leadership team as needed.
• Maintain quality standards during peak times at 10 am and 5 pm.
• Support the team by performing other duties as needed.
• Maintain regular, timely attendance and plan replacements for absences.
