HCI Sports & Fitness in Bee Cave, TX, seeks an experienced Group Fitness Instructor with weekday evening availability. You will provide clear instruction, modify workouts for all levels, and ensure safety during classes to create an engaging and welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates will hold current group fitness certifications and CPR/First Aid/AED, possess strong communication, and enjoy coordinating schedules with the team for coverage when needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold current group fitness certification(s).
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
• Ability to modify workouts for different fitness levels.
• Strong communication and inclusive coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduled group fitness classes with clear instruction.
• Provide modifications for different fitness levels and restrictions.
• Maintain safety by monitoring form and equipment usage.
• Create inclusive environment for members and first-time visitors.
• Manage class schedule, request subs, and cover classes as needed.
