Job summary

Resilience Behavioral Health Georgia is seeking a Group Facilitator at its Peachtree City, GA facility. This part-time, on-site evening role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM and is paid per group.

You will lead daytime therapeutic and psychoeducational groups, support clients in applying coping skills, document observations in the EMR, and collaborate with the clinical team to support each client's treatment plan.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Georgia credential for group counseling (APC/LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT/LMFT) or CADC/CAADC.
• 1-2 years of group facilitation or behavioral health experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daytime therapeutic and psychoeducational groups per curriculum.
• Support clients in applying coping, communication, and recovery skills, and monitor group dynamics.
• Document attendance and clinical observations in the EMR promptly.
• Collaborate with the clinical team on treatment planning and staffing.
• Maintain a safe, organized group room; participate in supervision.
