Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking entry-level general labor associates for the B Shift (Evenings) from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Openings span beef, pork, and ground beef departments. Roles are fast-paced, requiring standing 8–12 hours, with lifting up to 70 pounds in some stations.

Work is in a cold, damp environment (38–42°F); overtime and weekend work may be required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a urinalysis screening as part of post-offer health assessment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level general labor on B Shift (Evenings) 3pm–11:30pm.
• Must be able to stand 8–12 hours daily and lift up to 70 pounds in some roles.
• Work in a cold and damp environment with temperatures 38–42°F.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties across departments (beef, pork, ground beef) as openings arise.
• Adhere to Tyson policies, safety procedures, and wear required safety equipment.
• Be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed; facility operates 6 days a week (Mon–Sat; Sun as needed).
• Possess ability to pass urinalysis and provide authorization to work in the U.S.
