Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner for janitorial services in Appleton, Wisconsin. This role offers two shifts (Mon-Fri evenings) with hourly pay of $17.00. You will learn cleaning protocols, use green-sealed supplies, and be the friendly, dependable face of the team.

Responsibilities include wiping surfaces, replenishing supplies, sweeping and vacuuming, and reporting any needed repairs. Training is provided, and safety gear will be supplied as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience preferred (trainingProvided).
• Successful drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Learn state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfection practices.
• Be the friendly face of 4M—reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Report repairs, leaks, or safety issues observed.
