Job summary

4M Building Solutions is hiring a General Cleaner in Menasha, WI. Be trained in green-sealed cleaning practices and serve as a friendly, reliable member of our janitorial team. You will wipe surfaces, replenish supplies, and help keep facilities clean and safe.

The role offers afternoon-evening shifts (Mon-Fri) with an hourly wage of $17.00 and opportunities for growth. Prior janitorial experience is helpful, and comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience preferred (training provided).
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines (OSHA).
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, leaks or hazards.
