Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking a General Cleaner to support janitorial services in Benton Harbor, MI. The role runs Monday through Friday from 6PM to 10PM, at $14 an hour for 20 hours per week.

You’ll be trained in state-of-the-art cleaning practices, serve as the friendly face of 4M, and help maintain clean, well-kept facilities. Benefits include paid vacation, daily pay options, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (minimum age requirement).
• Some janitorial experience preferred; training provided by 4M.
• Drug screening and background check required.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Wear 4M apparel and PPE as required by OSHA.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4M's cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M; reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum; perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Report repairs, leaks, and drips you notice to keep facilities in good condition.
