Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. in Hart, MI is hiring a General Cleaner to join our frontline team. You’ll be trained in our green-cleaning practices and serve as the friendly face of 4M.

Responsibilities include wiping surfaces, replenishing towels and toilet paper, removing trash, sweeping, mopping and reporting repairs. Schedule: Mon-Thu 2:30pm-11:30pm. Hourly pay $14.00. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401k match, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial experience preferred; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable, courteous and safety-conscious worker.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps and toilet paper; remove trash.
• Sweep, wet mop and vacuum floors.
• Report necessary repairs, leaks and safety concerns.
• Be the friendly face of 4M; maintain a courteous demeanor.
• Follow cleaning and disinfecting practices using approved supplies.
