Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated General Cleaner to join our facilities team on the 2nd shift. This role focuses on maintaining clean, safe, and well‑kept environments across various settings, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 6pm to 2:30am.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail‑oriented, and capable of lifting up to 25–30 lbs, following standard cleaning routines, and working well with others to meet deadlines. Compensation is $14 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must meet physical requirements including lifting 25-30 lbs.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash.
• Fill dispensers with soap, lotion, paper towels and toilet paper.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Produce quality work within preset time frames.
• Assist and collaborate with team as needed.
