Job summary

Vonachen Group in Pekin, IL is hiring a General Cleaner for the 2nd shift to help maintain high cleanliness and safety standards across our facilities. The role runs Sunday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with a $16.00 hourly wage and daily pay option.

You will perform cleaning tasks, stock supplies, report hazards, and help ensure a secure environment while delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
