Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access at the facility gate.
• Verify identification for employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Approve and deny entry based on site protocols.
• Maintain logs of all incoming/outgoing traffic.
• Provide professional communication with visitors and personnel.
• Conduct periodic gate and property checks.
• Observe, report and document safety concerns.
• Respond to incidents per post orders.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports.
• Maintain a professional appearance and customer service mindset.
