As an entry-level position, you will learn our policies and services while supporting the Sales, Service, and Accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred (1 year)
• Front-desk/reception duties such as greeting guests and directing calls
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work with team members

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests entering the showroom or calling the front desk
• Answer inbound calls, transfer to the appropriate department
• Provide basic information and route inquiries to the right person
• Coordinate with Management, Sales, Service and Accounting teams
• Perform administrative duties like sorting mail and routing messages
