The Arbor Company is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge to join our Fulton community in an part-time evening role. The position offers PRN opportunities and a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and strong customer service and communication skills. Prior receptionist or hospitality experience is a plus and you will be part of a team that values growth and a Great Place To Work culture.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service-focused approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized and helpful in a busy Front Desk environment.
• Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors and guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and connect callers with the appropriate team members.
• Assist residents and visitors with questions and requests.
• Help ensure the Front Desk and lobby remain organized, professional, and welcoming.
• Provide courteous and attentive service while supporting the day-to-day needs of the community.
• Help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
