Job summary

The Arbor Company at The Arbor at BridgeMill in Canton, GA is hiring two Full-Time Concierges for the 2nd and 3rd shifts to join our front desk team. Applicants must be available for the full schedule.

You will warmly greet residents and guests, answer phones, share information, help maintain a welcoming lobby, and communicate with the team to support daily operations. This role includes benefits such as PTO, health insurance, tuition assistance, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet residents, families, visitors and guests as they enter the community.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and connect callers with the appropriate team members.
• Assist residents and visitors with questions and general information.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized and professional front desk and lobby area.
• Communicate important information to team members and support smooth day-to-day community operations.
• Provide excellent customer service while creating a positive first impression of The Arbor at BridgeMill.

Available Full-Time Schedules:

• 2nd Shift Concierge
  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• 3rd Shift Concierge
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday

Applicants must be available to work the full schedule for the shift they are applying for.

You’ll Be Great on This Team Because You Have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A friendly, professional and dependable approach
• The ability to remain organized and attentive while managing multiple responsibilities
• Basic computer skills
• Previous receptionist, concierge, front desk, hospitality or customer service experience is preferred
