• Demonstrate knowledge of brand, products, and promotions.
• Fry, bake, or cook food items as required.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assemble, wrap, and package food for serving.
• Ensure consistency with brand culture and service standards.
• Monitor product hold times and maintain safety standards.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and facility upkeep.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members, maintain sanitation.
