Gordon Food Service is hiring a Freight Handler in Kenosha, WI at our distribution center. You will support palletized inbound and outbound operations, safely handling pallets from trailers and organizing products for pallet configuration.

No prior warehouse experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. The role includes a Sunday-Thursday schedule, 2:00 PM start, and overtime as needed. Benefits and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove pallets of product from trailers and break down for correct pallet configuration.
• Separate inbound freight by item code onto good pallets.
• Ensure damaged product is not received into warehouse for sale inventory.
• Account for the structural integrity of pallets during handling.
