Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator for the B shift in our Hillsboro, Oregon facility. The role involves moving stock within the warehouse, loading/unloading shipments, and using stand-up, sit-down, and clamp forklifts as needed.

Shift is 4:30 pm – 3:00 am, Monday to Thursday, with a pay rate of $24.80 per hour. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of Reach Truck and Sit-down forklift experience, plus any forklift training certification.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Six months warehouse experience, preferred
• Six months forklift operation experience

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts or other power equipment 80% of shift
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is loaded
• Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
• Verify load accuracy; check load count, stability, and product damage; report variances
