Job summary

RJ Schinner Co., Inc. in Cottage Grove, MN is seeking an Order Selector for the second shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm) on a full-time basis. You will receive and transport products, assemble orders, and prep goods for shipment while ensuring accurate receipt and shipment within the redistribution workflow.

Qualifications

• 1-year warehouse experience
• 1-year forklift experience and ability to follow safety protocols
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs frequently
• Comfortable with environmental conditions (heat/cold; noise and dust)
• Comfortable with heights

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts including stand-up and order picker
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
• Receive, pick and transport product according to company standards
• Stack, palletize, tote, and store product safely and efficiently
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records with proper documentation
• Maintain organization and warehouse cleanliness
• Follow warehouse safety protocols including PPE and safety checks on equipment
