RJ Schinner Co., Inc. is hiring an Order Selector in Grove City, Ohio for a full-time second-shift role (3:30 pm – 11:30 pm). You will receive, pick, and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy and safe handling in the warehouse.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of warehouse experience and forklift exposure, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs; safety is a priority. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, time off, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• 1 year of forklift experience and adherence to safety protocols.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs frequently.
• Comfortable with environmental conditions (heat/cold; noise and dust).
• Comfortable with heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (stand-up, order picker).
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Receive, pick and transport product per company standards.
• Stack, palletize, tote, and store product safely and efficiently.
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records with proper documentation.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE usage.
