UFP Industries, Inc. is hiring for a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator in Tampa, FL. The role moves material between inventory, production, and finished goods while maintaining accurate records and production paperwork.

You will support production by supplying materials, assist with bottlenecks, and help keep the yard and inventory area organized. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (18+), basic math skills, and forklift driving experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: 9th grade; HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Forklift driving experience preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of basic math and inventory techniques preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to complete Forklift Driver licensing process.

Responsabilités

• Move material between inventory, production, and finished goods per schedule and records.
• Band, wrap, pack, and label finished goods as needed.
• Move materials to and from production areas and inventory yard or warehouse.
• Assist with bottlenecks and material needs to support production.
• Perform general equipment preventive maintenance and pre-shift startup checks.
• Keep inventory yard organized and production records up to date.
