Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Manteno, IL is hiring a Forklift Operator for 2nd shift (Mon-Thurs 4:00pm-2:00am). You will move stock, load and unload shipments, and use forklifts and pallet jacks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Starting pay is $21.00/hour with a $0.75 shift differential. Qualifications include forklift operator certificate or completion of a forklift-training program within 30 days, HS diploma or equivalent (preferred), and about six months of warehouse and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Forklift certificate or completion of forklift-training program within first 30 days.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts or power equipment (80% of shift).
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with exact counts and types.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with proper records and reports.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load accuracy, count, stability, and report variances.
