Job summary

Holman Logistics is seeking material handlers for an evening shift (Mon-Thurs 4pm-2am) in the United States. Compensation is $23 per hour with a $2 shift differential, plus overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, loading/unloading, inspecting equipment, and securing loads. Must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or GED preferred.
• Experience: One to two years related experience.
• Computer Skills: Basic scanner technology.
• Certificates & Licenses: Valid State Drivers License; Forklift Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a lift truck and drive backwards and twisting to face travel direction.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Move materials between loading, unloading, processing and storage areas.
• Load, unload, transport and stack material with forklifts and related devices.
• Secure loads and verify product counts and condition.
• Attend scheduled shifts and follow safety and security standards.
• Unloader, Preloader and Truck Loader duties as described in shift processes.
• Use scanners and computer systems to complete tasks and verify shipments.
