Job summary

A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a Forklift Operator/Machine Operator in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will support the safe and efficient operation of machinery and forklifts in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include machine inspections, setup, and ongoing maintenance. Qualifications include a high school diploma, relevant experience, and forklift certification. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with some weekend work and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.
• Understanding of chemical handling procedures including PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, efficient operations of machinery and forklifts.
• Inspect machines for proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding line operations and equipment needs.
