Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Washington State Food Handler's Permit.
• Part-time position, evenings; 4-hour shifts.
• Experience in food service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with electronic payments.
• Serve food and beverages; brew coffee; monitor temperatures of food and equipment.
• Document temperatures and log data for hot/cold items and equipment.
• Use FIFO for storage, dating, labeling and proper storage practices.
• Take inventory and maintain stock levels; stock and store dishes.
• Operate dish machine and clean/sanitize pots, pans and utensils.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and dining spaces; maintain sanitation standards.
• Deliver patient trays and liaise between patients and the Food Service department.
