Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist with meal preparation, maintain records, and support daily reports. You will help ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper storage while following department policies. This role includes evening hours and requires readiness to support kitchen operations.

The position emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and consistent quality in meal service, with shifts from 6:00pm to 2:00am and a pay rate of $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Food Service Certificate as needed.
• Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work quickly and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules, department policies and procedures.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Timely preparation of a variety of food items, beverages, and ingredients.
• Add garnishments to ensure customer happiness and eye appeal.
• Coordinate and assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and cooking equipment.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, handling, and storage.
• Connect with the Manager daily to understand and accurately prepare menu for the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
