Drury Inn & Suites – 15806 IH-10 West in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an Evening Food and Beverage Cook for weekends. You will support the Kickback hour, assist with food prep and maintaining clean and organized spaces.

A friendly team player with knowledge of hotel services and inventory control is preferred. Responsibilities include meeting food safety standards, stocking supplies, and providing warm guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to manage food inventory and order levels.
• Friendly, warm communication with guests and team members.
• Proficiency in English for directions and guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback enjoyable and well‑organized for guests.
• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and clean‑up.
• Keep the kitchen and lobby clean and well organized.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked at appropriate levels.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture.
• Answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
