Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Floor Technician in Atlanta, GA to perform floor care tasks, including waxing, stripping and buffing, while following safety rules and procedures.

You will work with a team to keep areas clean, operate motorized cleaning equipment, report hazards, and support shift leads. Monday–Friday, 5pm to 10pm, pay $16.00–$17.00 per hour; SBM offers comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow instructions, procedures, and safety manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and maintaining equipment.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks including waxing, stripping, buffing, and cleaning.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain daily area upkeep.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards to supervision.
• Work with team to complete assignments and support shift lead.
