Crothall Healthcare is hiring a Floor Technician for MUSC Art in Charleston, SC. The role covers floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment on-site during 3:00 pm–11:30 pm shifts. No experience is necessary; training is provided.

This full-time/part-time position offers a path to develop skills in hard-surface care, carpet care, and equipment operation while contributing to a healthcare environment that values safety and quality.

Qualifications

• No experience required; will training provided.
• Must know floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor maintenance and refinishing procedures.
• Operate various industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for large area cleaning.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care including shampooing and extraction.
• Complete maintenance/restoration for all floor surfaces.
