Compass Group USA is hiring for a Floor Technician in Pensacola, FL. The role is full-time with a 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm schedule, weekends may vary. Pay is $15.00 per hour with benefits; prior floor care experience is a plus. The position supports hospital facilities and patient environments, requiring reliable, detail-oriented service.

Associates are expected to maintain floors, operate care equipment, and follow safety protocols. Training is provided where needed to ensure quality outcomes.

Formación

• Previous floor care experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning and spray buffing.
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Performs carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, damp cleaning, extractions and spot cleaning.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
