You will keep resident areas clean and inviting, handle housekeeping duties, and help maintain high standards of infection control while supporting a caring, faith-based environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, residents and families.
• Willingness to work in a health care environment and meet quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping duties in resident areas and public spaces.
• Maintain clean and inviting floors, walls and surfaces according to standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment and replenish supplies as needed.
• Dispose of waste following infection control policies.
• Respond to resident requests and report concerns to supervisor.
