Job summary

KleenMark is seeking a 2nd Shift Cleaning Technician/Floor Tech in Marshfield, WI at a medical facility. The role involves floor care, waxing, stripping, carpet extraction, and related cleaning tasks with a schedule of Mon-Fri, 5:00pm-1:30am. A $350 sign-on bonus is paid after 5 days of work.

PPE provided; background and drug screening required. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years’ related experience; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years related experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; Spanish a plus.
• Must pass background check and drug screen; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule of projects to meet customer wishes.
• Strip, wax, buff floors; carpet extraction; other floor care tasks as requested by customers.
• Perform local deliveries of supplies, post-construction cleanups, and floor/carpet care.
• General cleaning and light maintenance; equipment maintenance/repairs.
• Set up new equipment/materials; learn new processes with manager.
