MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Floor Tech to deliver high-quality floor and carpet care for commercial properties in the Hickory, NC area. You will follow our mission and values, performing routine cleaning tasks with efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Floor technician experience a plus.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn and adapt.
• Work irregular hours.
• Travel - rarely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence in floor and carpet care for commercial properties.
• Complete timesheets per job site.
• Dust mop/sweep hard surface floors.
• Buff floors and scrub floors; lay and strip wax.
• Perform carpet extraction and shampooing as required.
• Report maintenance issues and damaged carpets promptly.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site.
