Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking a team member for part-time floor maintenance, evenings, in client facilities. You will handle hard surface and carpet care, follow a schedule, and operate floor machinery with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• Team member must wear provided 4M apparel and PPE when necessary, per OSHA requirements.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Experience stripping, waxing and buffing floors.
• Carpet cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities.
• Timely completion of floor care areas based on a schedule; proper care of floor machinery.
• Anticipate and recommend floor care needs; promote a safe work environment.
• Training provided on proven processes.
