Job summary

Park Place Transitional Care & Rehab in Great Falls, MT is seeking a dedicated floor care technician for the evening shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM). This full-time role focuses on keeping VCT, tile and common areas clean and well-maintained.

You will strip, deep clean and refinish floors, run scrubbers and buffers, follow PPE and chemical safety, and report any floor damage. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial floor care; healthcare setting preferred.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strip, deep clean and refinish floors (VCT, tile, and other hard floors).
• Operate scrubbers, auto-scrubbers, buffers and extractors safely.
• Maintain hallways, resident rooms, dining, therapy and common areas.
• Follow PPE, chemical handling and wet-floor safety.
• Inspect floors and report damage.
• Handle dusting, spot cleaning and trash removal.
