Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for full-time Floor Technician at Texas Health HEB in Bedford, TX. The role supports floor maintenance and operates industrial floor care equipment.

The position offers a fixed pay rate of $17.00 per hour with a 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm schedule; days may vary, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications include prior floor care experience preferred, knowledge of floor care equipment and safety procedures, and ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor maintenance and refinishing procedures.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning, spotting, vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance/restoration for all floor surfaces.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
