Howard Building Maintenance in Caldwell, ID is hiring a full-time Float Team Cleaner to support a variety of commercial cleaning accounts across the Treasure Valley. Start from our Caldwell shop and travel to different buildings, with a shift from 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM and a wage of $18.00–$20.00 per hour DOE.

The role offers independence, teamwork, and active work, with equipment provided and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to Caldwell shop.
• Smartphone required for communication.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Professional cleaning experience preferred, but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and restroom cleaning.
• Trash removal and keeping common areas clean.
• Restocking janitorial and paper supplies.
• Facility inspections and reporting concerns.
• Assisting with deliveries and supply organization.
• Supporting special cleaning projects when needed.
• Maintaining high cleaning standards across accounts.
