Job summary

Mercer Landmark in Celina, OH is seeking a part-time Mill Operator to support our feed facility in the evenings, 8-12 hours per week. The role involves operating the mill, loading feed trucks, unloading ingredients, and driving a forklift as needed.

You will work outdoors and inside the facility, perform daily housekeeping, follow safety rules, and deliver strong customer service to patrons. This position requires independence, adaptability, and the ability to perform physical tasks in seasonal

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Some experience with forklift operation is a plus.
• Seasonal farm supply knowledge and in-season time commitment.

Responsibilities
